Accepting these terms
By downloading, purchasing, or using PicoVinci, you agree to these terms for yourself and for any child you permit to use the app. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Apple’s standard platform terms may also apply.
Who may use PicoVinci
PicoVinci is made for children to use with appropriate parent or guardian supervision. Adults are responsible for choosing suitable content, managing device settings and permissions, supervising purchases and sharing, and deciding when a child may use the app.
Your license
MELOLAB gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use PicoVinci on supported devices for personal and family use, subject to these terms and the applicable app-store rules.
Acceptable use
You may not copy, redistribute, sell, rent, sublicense, reverse engineer, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to PicoVinci or its services, except where applicable law expressly permits it. You may not use the app in a way that harms others or violates the law.
Artwork and ownership
You keep the rights you have in artwork created with PicoVinci. MELOLAB does not claim ownership of a child's drawings. PicoVinci itself—including its name, software, interface, illustrations, graphics, and branding—is owned by MELOLAB or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws.
Purchases and subscriptions
Prices, billing, renewals, cancellation, and refunds for in-app purchases or subscriptions are handled by the app store through which the purchase was made. Review the purchase information shown by the store before confirming. You can manage subscriptions and request eligible refunds through your store account. Parent-gate controls reduce accidental access but do not replace the device and store purchase controls available to you.
Updates and availability
We may improve, update, add, or remove features to keep PicoVinci useful, secure, and compatible with supported devices. We may suspend or discontinue the app where reasonably necessary. Some features depend on the device operating system or app-store services.
No professional advice
PicoVinci is a creative entertainment app. It is not educational, medical, therapeutic, or professional advice, and it is not a substitute for adult care or supervision.
Disclaimers
We work to make PicoVinci dependable and enjoyable, but it is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation or compatibility with every device. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, MELOLAB is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of PicoVinci. Any liability that cannot be excluded is limited only to the extent the law permits. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Ending use
You may stop using PicoVinci at any time by deleting it. We may end or restrict access if these terms are materially breached or if needed to protect users, the app, or our legal obligations.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when PicoVinci, app-store requirements, or applicable law changes. We will post the current version here with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where the law permits.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws and courts determined by mandatory law. Any consumer protections and dispute rights that apply where you live remain available to you.
