Who we are
MELOLAB operates PicoVinci. This policy applies to the PicoVinci app and this website. The app is designed for children to use with a parent or guardian; this website and support contact are intended for adults.
Our privacy approach
PicoVinci does not require an account and does not include advertising, behavioral analytics, or tracking. During ordinary use, MELOLAB does not collect your child's name, location, contacts, photos, drawings, or other personal information through the app.
Information kept on the device
Artwork, drawing history, favorites, app preferences, reminder settings, and parent-gate information are stored locally on the device. MELOLAB does not receive this content. Removing the app or changing devices may remove locally stored information unless the operating system preserves it through a device backup.
Features you choose to use
- Saving artwork: the app requests photo-library access only when someone chooses to save a picture. The operating system controls that permission.
- Sharing: choosing Share opens the device's system share sheet. Any service selected there handles the shared content under its own privacy terms.
- Local reminders: optional creative reminders use notifications scheduled on the device. MELOLAB does not run a remote notification profile for these reminders.
- Purchases: Apple processes App Store and in-app purchases. MELOLAB may receive transaction or entitlement information needed to unlock or restore a purchase, but does not receive full payment-card details.
Website data
This is a static website. It does not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels, or contact forms. Like most internet services, our hosting and content-delivery providers may process basic technical data such as IP address, browser information, requested page, and timestamps to deliver and protect the site.
Children's privacy
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through PicoVinci. A parent or guardian should contact us for support. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us by email, contact us and we will review and delete it when appropriate.
Service providers
We use a limited number of providers to operate PicoVinci: Apple for App Store distribution, TestFlight, purchases, and platform services; Cloudflare for website delivery and security; and our infrastructure provider for website hosting. They process data under their own terms and only as needed to provide those services.
Support messages and retention
If you email us, we receive the address and information you include. We use it to answer your request, keep it only as long as needed for support, security, and legal obligations, and do not sell it.
Security and international processing
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards for information we handle. Our providers may process technical website or support data in countries other than yours, subject to their safeguards and applicable law.
Your choices and rights
You can control Photos and Notifications access in device settings, avoid sharing, and contact us about a support email you sent. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when PicoVinci or the law changes. We will post the new version here and change the date above.
